Ensure branch operational excellence and regulatory compliance across an assigned market by monitoring processes, preparing branches for audits, identifying and remediating risks, training and coaching staff, driving process improvements, and collaborating with leadership and audit teams to maintain consistent, accurate, and compliant member service.
