Manage daily end-to-end reconciliations across banking partners, including gathering data, matching transactions, and investigating discrepancies involving deposits, withdrawals, conversions, and fund transfers. Support corrective actions, financial reporting, process improvements, automation, and system integrations. Collaborate with payments, trading, middle office teams, and external banking partners to improve reconciliation accuracy and operational efficiency.

Own month-end close, management accounts, financial reporting, balance sheet reconciliations, KPI analysis, audit support, regulatory compliance, accounts receivable improvements, and finance process automation. The Finance Manager will develop accounting policies, strengthen controls, manage external advisors, and collaborate with Product, Data, Operations, and Treasury teams across global entities.

Drive B2B customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across the UAE. Develop data-driven growth strategies, ABM campaigns, paid media, localized content, PR, partnerships, and industry events. Collaborate with Sales, Product, global Marketing, and Retention teams to optimize CAC, conversion, pipeline velocity, and ROI while strengthening local brand presence and increasing active customers.

Partner with teams across India and Africa to drive people strategy: use people metrics to diagnose team health, design engagement and L&D programs, lead salary benchmarking, advise on employee relations and local labour law compliance, and build career pathways and performance processes for a distributed high-growth fintech.
