Build proactive talent pipelines for hard-to-fill roles across 90+ locations by sourcing passive candidates, running campus and mortuary science program outreach, designing personalized email/SMS/social campaigns, managing internship and career-fair engagement, partnering with marketing, and maintaining candidate data and background-check tracking to ensure a smooth candidate experience.

Meet with individuals and families to educate and guide advance funeral planning and funding decisions, generate and follow up on leads, build community relationships, manage a local territory and schedule, complete documentation and compliance, and support outreach events and seminars.

The Support Staff will assist in various operational tasks, provide administrative support, help organize workspaces, and ensure effective communication within the team.
