Provide B2B technical support for VertiGIS web mapping products, troubleshoot complex software and infrastructure issues, communicate with customers via phone and email, manage cases in Zendesk/NetSuite, contribute knowledge-base content, collaborate with Development and QA, and consult on implementations and configurations.
