Own airframe designs from incomplete or inherited definition through design for manufacture, engineering release, build, installation, and flight testing. Approve drawings and technical reports, coordinate engineers and contractors, integrate structures with aircraft systems, develop verification and certification evidence, resolve manufacturing and assembly issues, manage safety risks, and mentor junior engineers.

Develop and execute procurement strategies for an eVTOL aircraft program across airframe, propellers, powertrain and energy storage, or mechanical systems. Lead market research, supplier selection, RFI/RFP processes, complex contract negotiations, supplier performance management, and commercial risk mitigation. Partner with engineering and program stakeholders to support cost, quality, reliability, and on-time delivery objectives across a global aerospace supply chain.

Provides shared administrative and coordination support to senior leaders, executive support teams, and the Bristol office. Responsibilities include coordinating meetings, diaries, travel, accommodation, expenses, rooms, documents, VIP visits, company meetings, and internal events. The role requires proactive prioritization, clear communication, attention to detail, and practical support across multiple teams.
