Lead stress analysis and structural substantiation for composite and metallic eVTOL airframe structures. Develop analysis strategies, perform hand calculations and FEA, support certification, approve technical reports and drawings, coordinate multidisciplinary engineering activities, and mentor junior engineers. The role covers structural behavior, failure modes, material selection, verification evidence, and product development from concept through certification.

Own airframe designs from incomplete or inherited definition through design for manufacture, engineering release, build, installation, and flight testing. Approve drawings and technical reports, coordinate engineers and contractors, integrate structures with aircraft systems, develop verification and certification evidence, resolve manufacturing and assembly issues, manage safety risks, and mentor junior engineers.

Provides shared administrative and coordination support to senior leaders, executive support teams, and the Bristol office. Responsibilities include coordinating meetings, diaries, travel, accommodation, expenses, rooms, documents, VIP visits, company meetings, and internal events. The role requires proactive prioritization, clear communication, attention to detail, and practical support across multiple teams.
