Leads customer support teams and supervisors across multiple channels, overseeing support operations, BPO vendors, processes, budgets, KPIs, service quality, and escalated customer issues. Drives process improvement, cost containment, performance accountability, employee development, and cross-functional collaboration while applying best practices and customer feedback to improve service delivery.

Leads corporate development and M&A integration, including acquisition sourcing, market assessment, financial modeling, valuation, due diligence, transaction structuring, and executive negotiations. Establishes integration governance, drives Day 1 and Day 100 execution, oversees synergy realization and value creation, manages risks, and communicates progress to executives, the Board, and investors. Builds M&A playbooks, metrics, and operating models while leading complex cross-functional initiatives and change management.

Build practical B2B SaaS operations experience by communicating with customers via email, gathering and clarifying information, following standard procedures, and using Microsoft Office and specialized software to support tax, compliance, and certificate processes. The role requires at least 20 hours per week on-site in King of Prussia during weekday operating hours.
