Manage risk with predictive signals, run executive engagements, coordinate cross-functional teams, drive adoption and renewals, and influence product strategy through customer feedback.

Generate and qualify outbound pipeline within an assigned territory using multi-channel outreach and AI-powered sales tools. Collaborate with Account Executives to develop territory strategies, engage senior stakeholders, maintain CRM data, meet quotas, and support sales operations. Travel up to 25% and contribute to territory planning and cross-sell/upsell efforts.

Develop and maintain Vertex tax compliance software across Linux/Windows/IBM i. Write automation in Python, Shell, and REXX; program in C/C++, Java, RPG, COBOL, and PL/SQL. Manage Git/GitHub and Jenkins-based CI/CD, deploy using AWS and Kubernetes, integrate ERP/HCM APIs, and perform automated testing with Selenium/Cypress. Apply tax domain expertise and AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot within a SAFe environment.
