Leads a regional Customer Success organization responsible for adoption, value realization, retention, renewals, expansion readiness, customer health, and executive engagement. Partners with Sales, Services, Support, Product, and executive teams to execute account strategies and mitigate risk. Drives AI-enabled customer success practices using predictive analytics, usage insights, automation, and digital tools. Manages team development, succession planning, recruiting, performance, and operational excellence across geographically dispersed teams.

Manages strategic enterprise customer relationships, driving retention, engagement, solution adoption, expansion, and long-term value. Leads joint account planning, coordinates cross-functional post-sales execution, identifies innovation opportunities, represents customer needs internally, and partners with Sales on growth initiatives. Measures success through metrics including net revenue retention, churn, NPS, and customer value.

Lead Vertex's India finance entity covering accounting, month-end close, statutory compliance, tax, payroll finance support, treasury coordination, audits, and financial governance. Transition finance operations from an external provider to an in-house model, establish controls and policies (SOX-aligned), and support Workday ERP implementation and consolidation reporting for the US parent.
