Leads integrated customer experience activation strategy, translating customer journeys into digital capabilities, platform requirements, and business roadmaps. Owns website product strategy, marketing automation, customer data activation, orchestration, and agentic AI portfolios. Partners with technology and analytics teams to deliver scalable, governed, measurable engagement capabilities. Oversees vendors, leads cross-functional alignment, and manages and develops a team of 10 direct reports.

Manage the full lifecycle of complex buy-side and procurement contracts, including drafting, review, negotiation coordination, execution, renewals, amendments, and closeout. Partner with Legal, Strategic Sourcing, Finance, Privacy, Information Security, and business stakeholders to ensure compliance, manage risk, and improve contracting processes. Maintain audit-ready records, analyze contract metrics, develop procedures, support audits, and lead a small contractor team.

Provides strategic HR partnership to senior leaders across global commercial and pricing functions. Responsibilities include talent strategy, organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, change management, commercial transformation support, leader coaching, and aligning HR programs with business priorities. The role partners with a shared People Advisor and uses data-driven insights to support organizational effectiveness and capability building.
