Serve as a strategic finance partner across COFO, leading cross-functional initiatives, SOX compliance, reporting automation, and finance transformation (system implementations, M&A). Advise on month-end close, consolidation, third-party financial risk, and FP&A impacts. Drive process improvements, analytics, and change management to support finance operations.

Lead talent acquisition strategy and execution, build proactive pipelines, partner with HR and hiring managers, source and interview candidates, advise on hiring decisions, manage recruiting initiatives and third-party search partners, and leverage AI/digital tools to enhance sourcing and hiring outcomes.

The Strategic Sourcing Director will lead sourcing initiatives, develop AI readiness programs, drive value tracking, and enhance sourcing capabilities within the organization.
