Inspects eggs on a production line and removes defective, contaminated, or foreign materials to ensure USDA and food-safety compliance. Places dirty eggs for re-washing, reports equipment issues and excessive breakage, assists with cleanup, follows HACCP, GMP, SQF, biosecurity, and safety procedures, and supports team training. The role requires physical stamina, manual dexterity, attention to detail, and flexibility for overtime, weekends, and holidays.

Leads enterprise learning, leadership development, organizational development, and change management strategy. Designs scalable training programs, oversees LMS governance, develops farm-level onboarding and training, manages the training team and budget, partners with executives on capability gaps, and measures adoption and business impact. The role also facilitates workshops, manages vendors, ensures training compliance, and travels 20–25% to company locations.
