Prepares, inspects, labels, stores, irradiates, reconciles, and ships blood components according to regulatory standards and procedures. Responsibilities include inventory management, equipment checks, quality control documentation, order dispatch, hospital communication, returns processing, and monitoring storage conditions. The role also supports pharmacy-related duties, delivery coordination, on-call coverage, and maintaining production workflow in a fast-paced environment.

Leads an independent, fundable immunology research program; secures extramural funding; publishes impactful scientific research; mentors fellows, scientists, and staff; manages laboratory operations, budgets, meetings, and regulatory compliance; develops collaborations; and contributes to institutional science and technology programs.

Supports hospital customer processes including fee schedules, billing audits, business reviews, onboarding, customer maintenance, reporting, Salesforce administration, and service issue coordination. Maintains accurate customer data and documentation, coordinates cross-functional stakeholders, supports Power BI reporting, and helps improve customer processes, compliance, and operational continuity.
