Develop and manage healthcare organization accounts across Mid/Southeast Michigan to secure blood drives and meet collection goals. Responsibilities include prospecting, networking, coordinating drive logistics, forecasting production, training partner organizations, maintaining account relationships and records, recruiting onsite when needed, and collaborating with marketing and internal teams. The role requires persuasive communication, strategic planning, organization, customer service, and adherence to regulatory and operational procedures.

Plans and conducts laboratory research with the Principal Investigator, troubleshoots assays, customizes experimental tools, coordinates research resources, documents experiments, supports publications, and follows regulatory and laboratory procedures. The role focuses on tissue-resident immunity and requires accurate execution of experiments, strong organization, analytical ability, and independent work.

Performs CLIA-regulated and clinical contract research testing under direct supervision. Responsibilities include sample evaluation and processing, reagent preparation, equipment operation and maintenance, result release, inventory management, regulatory compliance, customer support, documentation, and participation in validations and training. The role requires accurate specimen handling, troubleshooting laboratory equipment, maintaining records, and supporting transfusion product selection when applicable.
