The role requires confidently challenging requests, quantifying process costs and benefits, and supporting cross-functional improvements in a hybrid Atlanta setting.

Manages B2B client relationships across payment and POS technology partnerships. Responsibilities include client retention, issue resolution, CRM data management, onboarding support, education, profitability guidance, cross-functional collaboration, client strategy, associate training, and oversight of higher-level client concerns. The role serves as a trusted advisor and advocate, helping clients become more self-sufficient while supporting positive customer experiences and business growth.

Design and deliver complex backend systems and multi-component features with strong attention to scalability, reliability, testing, observability, and maintainability. Provide architectural guidance, mentor engineers, collaborate with Product and QA, communicate technical trade-offs, reduce technical debt, and improve delivery practices. This is a hybrid, on-site role in Sandy Springs.
