Deliver, support, and develop Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions for mid-market and enterprise clients. Responsibilities include business development, solution design, custom development, integrations, demonstrations, analysis, implementation, upgrades, migrations, managed services, and customer support. The role also requires translating business requirements into technical deliverables, managing client relationships, applying IT service management practices, and coordinating multiple projects.

Administer and architect PeopleSoft environments, including installation, upgrades, patching, performance tuning, database administration, backup and recovery, and disaster recovery. Lead PeopleTools and application upgrades, production migrations, environment refreshes, and quarterly patching. Troubleshoot application and server issues, automate infrastructure deployments, monitor production jobs, coordinate technical teams, and support projects across UK and EST business hours.

Develop and maintain responsive web applications using modern front-end technologies. Collaborate with designers, product teams, developers, QA, and stakeholders to deliver accessible, scalable solutions. Integrate REST APIs and third-party services, contribute to back-end development, build automated tests, participate in code reviews and Agile ceremonies, troubleshoot applications, and maintain technical documentation. The role may involve full-stack development, cloud platforms, databases, CI/CD, microservices, and DevOps practices.
