Develop and design front-end web architecture using Angular, ensure application responsiveness, implement features from functional specs, integrate with RESTful APIs, write unit/integration tests, and collaborate with designers and team members to deliver Spring/Java-based web application components.

Provide senior technical leadership for enterprise network security: operate and optimise firewalls and network devices, troubleshoot Level 2/3 incidents, deliver changes, maintain documentation, support Azure hybrid networking (VNets, NSGs, VPN/ExpressRoute), conduct audits and improve security posture while mentoring engineers.

Design and govern scalable, secure ServiceNow architectures across multiple instances. Lead integrations, automation, process re-engineering, and delivery of enterprise ServiceNow solutions. Provide technical leadership, mentor teams, support pre-sales, and contribute to AI-native (Agentic AI) initiatives while ensuring platform health and compliance.
