Lead customer-facing presales opportunities for Microsoft Cloud and AI solutions from discovery through proposal. Conduct workshops, assessments, demonstrations, proof-of-value activities, and solution scoping across Azure, Microsoft 365, Copilot, GitHub, AI, and CSP. Develop proposals, RFP responses, estimates, business cases, and solution narratives while supporting Microsoft and Telstra co-sell opportunities. Influence customers, partners, sales, and delivery teams, ensure effective presales-to-delivery handovers, and create repeatable accelerators and go-to-market assets.

Drive new customer acquisition and expansion of Microsoft CSP relationships. Identify, qualify, and close Azure, Azure AI, Copilot, and GitHub opportunities while managing the full sales lifecycle. Build executive relationships, lead commercial discussions, develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and coordinate with Microsoft, Telstra, presales, engineering, and delivery teams to create technology solutions for enterprise customers.

Build and expand enterprise and federal government customer accounts through solution selling and strategic partner engagement. Lead end-to-end sales cycles, identify new business, manage proposals and negotiations, maintain Salesforce pipeline accuracy, achieve sales targets, and collaborate with delivery teams and technology partners across cloud, data, AI, digital, security, and identity services.
