Manage daily office operations, facilities, supplies, vendors, building access, budgets, invoices, and workplace logistics. Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, support onboarding and events, coordinate office moves, and act as the on-site IT liaison for basic troubleshooting and equipment setup. Maintain a clean, organized, welcoming workspace while independently resolving issues and keeping leadership informed.

Lead a major healthcare customer implementation from planning through 2027 go-live, coordinating cross-functional internal teams and customer stakeholders. Own implementation milestones, dependencies, operating rhythms, reporting, blocker resolution, and leadership escalations. Serve as the primary operational customer contact, then convert implementation experience into a scalable playbook for future programs. Travel to customer meetings as needed.

Serve as Verse Medical’s first General Counsel, leading healthcare regulatory compliance, DME licensure, Medicare and Medicaid matters, payer and enterprise contracting, audits, risk mitigation, and product counseling. Build the in-house legal and compliance function from the ground up while advising the CEO and cross-functional teams. Initially operate as a sole practitioner, providing business-focused legal guidance in a fast-growing healthcare technology company.
