The Data Analyst will lead end-to-end analytics, develop metrics and dashboards, automate reporting and data-quality checks, and build lightweight scoring, classification, similarity, and risk-adjustment models. The role partners with Sales, Operations, Product, and leadership to answer ambiguous business questions, standardize reporting, and influence priorities. Strong SQL and Python skills are required, along with dashboard development and stakeholder communication. Healthcare data, dbt, Snowflake, and engineering collaboration experience are preferred.

Own enterprise sales for Verse’s healthcare workflow platform, targeting major home health agencies. Build executive relationships, navigate complex distributor and DME ecosystems, convert branch-level usage into enterprise agreements, and close large, complicated healthcare deals. The role requires persistent outbound prospecting, multi-threaded account management, strong C-suite presence, and travel for important customer meetings. The successful hire may eventually build and lead the enterprise sales team.

Own revenue enablement for a growing commercial team by building onboarding, messaging, qualification frameworks, call coaching, certifications, and content. Analyze Gong calls and Salesforce data to identify field gaps, improve ramp and quota attainment, and partner with Sales, Product Marketing, Product, and Revenue Operations. Translate healthcare and DME workflows into practical sales training while maintaining enablement content, scorecards, and AI-assisted tools.
