Serve as technical accounting SME for complex transactions (ASC 606, business combinations, leases, stock compensation), support audits, enhance controls, drive close process improvements, partner with Tax/Legal/FP&A and support M&A, system implementations, and scalable accounting processes in a PE-backed SaaS environment.

Lead global brand, content and external communications strategy to build Versaterm's market narrative, media and analyst relations, executive visibility, crisis management, SEO-informed content, product and launch communications, and creative direction. Partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, GTM and Executive Leadership, manage agencies, measure impact with performance metrics, and integrate AI to optimize workflows and team effectiveness.
