Leads and develops engineering teams while providing technical direction, improving engineering practices, modernizing architecture, reducing technical debt, and ensuring reliable delivery of scalable software systems. Partners with Product, Architecture, Design, Data, Security, Infrastructure, and executive stakeholders to align technical strategy, monitor engineering performance, optimize team structures, and drive continuous improvement.
