Lead QA automation strategy and implementation: build and scale automated testing frameworks (web, API, Windows services), enforce CI/CD quality gates, mentor QA engineers, run functional/regression/performance testing with Playwright and JMeter, and report defect metrics to senior management.

The role supervises Verra Mobility's IT infrastructure operations in Europe, managing IT staff, resource planning, client relationships, and service delivery across multiple sites.

The Vice President of Product Design will lead product design, establish design systems, and drive customer-centered product experiences to support Verra's strategic goals.
