Supervise remote event-processing operations by developing and coaching employees, monitoring inventory and staffing forecasts, meeting customer SLAs, managing attendance and performance issues, supporting training materials, coordinating with internal departments, customers, vendors, and HR, and resolving escalated customer concerns. The role also supports process and organizational changes while maintaining quality, productivity, employee engagement, and customer satisfaction.

Manage motor vehicle title and registration processing for select clients, maintain reporting and KPIs, perform data entry and analysis, handle invoicing and customer service, track inventory, support office operations, collaborate with partners, and assist leadership projects.

Lead AI-enabled product delivery for road safety programs. Translate customer and technical needs into PRDs, Jira backlogs and decision records, work with engineering on architecture, security and integrations, maintain scope/risk visibility, produce executive and customer documentation, and identify automation opportunities using AI workflows.
