Researches and resolves tolling and violation disputes for rental agency customers, processes billing adjustments, responds to written inquiries, documents cases, identifies service trends, and communicates resolutions. The role coordinates with internal teams, tolling and issuing authorities, and collections agencies while prioritizing workloads and supporting customer service calls as needed.

Partners with business and technical stakeholders to define data and reporting needs. Develops, tests, maintains, and improves BI solutions, including reports, dashboards, data flows, and analytical models. Queries and structures data from multiple sources, validates data quality, performs statistical analysis, creates experiments, and presents actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

Own product discovery, customer research, problem framing, roadmap prioritization, and outcome measurement for regulated Title and Registration products. Partner with engineering, design, legal, compliance, operations, sales, and leadership to guide delivery, inform go-to-market strategy, and drive customer and commercial impact. The role requires strong product judgment, communication, evidence-based decision-making, and comfort working in complex B2B environments.
