Develops and maintains business intelligence solutions, including reports, dashboards, and analytics models. Partners with stakeholders to define data requirements, queries and structures data from multiple sources, validates data quality and BI workflows, performs statistical analysis, and communicates data-driven insights. The role also supports data warehousing, ETL, visualization, ongoing BI solution maintenance, and implementation of tools to improve data efficiency.

Monitors workflow inventory, staffing, service levels, and operational trends to support customer requirements. Coordinates with supervisors, support teams, and partners; manages escalations, outages, schedules, overtime, and time-off approvals. Builds tracking databases and spreadsheets, analyzes staffing models and forecasts, recommends workforce adjustments, and communicates program health and trends to leadership.

Processes vehicle titles and registrations, reviews documents for authenticity, corrects system-flagged errors, researches Florida motor vehicle statutes and policies, and resolves complex record issues. The role also assists customers and support agents, performs paper trailing to identify document problems, supports special projects, and serves as a liaison when needed.
