Hands-on field role supporting 3D construction printing and site operations. Duties include equipment setup and monitoring, material handling and batching support, general construction labor, equipment operation and maintenance, safety compliance, and collaborating with print and operations teams to meet production goals.

Lead architectural design from concept through construction administration; produce detailed Revit drawings and specifications; ensure code compliance; manage projects, budgets, and client relationships; mentor junior staff; support business development and scalable residential design systems; perform site visits and construction support.

Lead on-site execution for 3D-printed residential projects, coordinating subcontractors, trades, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure safe, on-schedule, quality work. Provide hands-on craftsmanship, conduct inspections, enforce safety and codes, mentor crews, surface risks, and document lessons to improve repeatable, scalable construction operations.
