Leads Tier III monitoring, troubleshooting, escalation, and maintenance for national fiber and IP transport networks. Manages routers, switches, optical systems, and multi-vendor environments; performs fault isolation, performance analysis, capacity planning, and optimization. Coordinates incidents with engineering, field teams, and vendors, mentors Tier I/II NOC staff, oversees changes and upgrades, maintains operational documentation, and ensures SLA, availability, and MTTR targets.

Manages sales effectiveness for D2D and inside sales teams in a fiber broadband environment. Leads onboarding, field training, coaching, sales-tool adoption, competitive intelligence, SPIFFs, contests, market rollouts, MDU penetration, reconnect campaigns, and demographic-specific initiatives. Uses territory and conversion data to identify performance gaps and improve time-to-first-sale, sales penetration, and operational execution. The role is remote with approximately 25% travel and requires practical telecom sales experience.

Leads the overall HR and people strategy for a growing, remote organization. Partners with the CEO and executive team on workforce planning, organizational design, talent acquisition, leadership development, performance management, culture, employee relations, compensation, benefits, compliance, and HR operations. Oversees HR professionals across business partnering, recruiting, learning and development, and operations while building scalable people practices that support business growth.
