Executive leadership role responsible for the bank’s technology, data, operational improvement and transformation agenda. The COTO will define technology strategy, lead large-scale transformation programmes, oversee automation and process optimisation, manage suppliers and outsourced providers, ensure resilience and regulatory compliance, and lead technology and transformation teams across the UK and Isle of Man. The role includes Board-level reporting, strategic stakeholder management, innovation, customer-focused change and delivery assurance.

Oversee the compliance framework for an FCA-regulated payments and FX business. Responsibilities include compliance monitoring, regulatory advice, policy development, safeguarding oversight, regulatory reporting, financial promotion approval, training, audits, and senior stakeholder engagement. The role requires at least five years of FCA-regulated compliance experience and strong knowledge of payments, e-money, FX, fintech, or financial services regulations.

Supports HR consultants and clients across onboarding, recruitment, employee records, absence and probation management, payroll preparation, HR systems, reporting, policy updates, employee queries, and HR projects. Maintains accurate confidential records, ensures compliance, supports the employee experience, and assists with recruitment coordination and candidate processes.
