Assist drivers with unloading and installing white goods after a fully funded training week. Handle heavy items, perform basic plumbing/electrical connections (training provided), and deliver excellent customer service on a day-shift rota based at the Manchester depot.

Support the commercial team with marketing, sales administration, customer engagement, and event coordination. Create social and digital content, support campaigns and product launches, maintain CRM/ERP and sales documentation, process orders and warranties, monitor marketing performance, and assist with exhibitions and general commercial administration.

Serve as front-of-house receptionist and office coordinator: manage calls, visitors, meeting rooms, supplies, communal areas; support Executive Assistants and multiple departments; liaise with suppliers and landlords; help organise events and improve office processes.
