The Business Development Manager will acquire new B2B clients among car franchise dealerships across the West Midlands and Northwest. Responsibilities include prospecting, developing relationships with dealer principals and finance managers, attending industry events, presenting flexible payment solutions, and supporting client onboarding. Candidates need proven B2B sales experience, ideally in automotive finance or franchise dealerships, strong communication and negotiation skills, autonomy, time management, and willingness to travel throughout the region.

Own network planning, forecasting, inventory strategy, capacity planning, and operational performance for a global aerospace supply chain business. The role develops planning models, translates demand forecasts into operational plans, monitors international volumes, builds reporting and dashboards, drives continuous improvement, and leads a small planning and operational support team while coordinating with Sales, Procurement, Operations, Finance, IT, and Compliance.

Assist a driver with unloading, delivering, and installing white goods in customers’ homes. Complete fully funded training covering appliance installation, basic plumbing, electrical connections, and DIY skills. The role requires moving heavy goods safely, providing excellent customer service, and working a five-day rotating schedule with regular overtime and some Saturdays.
