Lead adviser for a portfolio of corporate clients on pensions and employee benefits. Conduct strategy and governance reviews, deliver presentations and workshops, mentor junior staff, approve documentation, grow accounts through renewals and upsell, and refer opportunities across the business.

Manage all delivery operations at the Manchester depot: schedule deliveries, allocate loads, monitor performance, handle customer queries, lead drivers, driver-mates and warehouse staff, ensure compliance with transport legislation and health & safety, and use spreadsheets for operational reporting.

Own and execute new-business SaaS sales across the UK: develop sector sales strategy, manage full sales cycle (prospect, discovery, demo, proposal, negotiation, close), build scalable sales processes and high-quality pipeline, deliver tailored demos and ROI cases, lead commercial negotiations, and travel for client meetings and events.
