Lead the Group’s financial strategy and build an institutional-grade finance function supporting growth, international expansion, regulatory requirements, and future funding or public-market readiness. Oversee financial control, reporting, FP&A, treasury, tax, regulatory finance, governance, safeguarding, liquidity, capital planning, and commercial performance. Provide Board-level insight while managing international structures, banking relationships, audits, investors, and scalable finance systems and processes.

Handle inbound and outbound customer contacts via phone, email and live chat to resolve account and payment queries, collaborate with internal teams, contribute customer experience improvements, and follow company procedures with empathy and professionalism.

Provide employment law advice and case management for businesses: manage caseloads, draft contracts and policies, handle disciplinary/grievance matters, run tribunal claims and advocacy, support transactions and immigration/GDPR queries, negotiate settlements, and assist senior lawyers while developing client relationships and business development.
