Provides front-desk customer service for a park district community center, including greeting visitors, answering calls, registering participants, processing payments and refunds, managing memberships, handling clerical tasks, supporting staff training, and promoting programs. The role also assists with reservations, office supplies, records, special events, facility opening and closing, and manager-on-duty responsibilities such as resolving concerns, monitoring the facility, and responding to incidents.
