Designs and delivers product training for Vermeer equipment. Collaborates with product development, engineering, and support to create clear training content, scripts, and hands-on demonstrations. Structures and runs 1-5 day in-person training events, evaluates participants, provides feedback, and monitors industry training trends to improve programs.

Research and develop ML models and simulations on large datasets, collaborate with data engineering to ingest and preprocess data, apply statistical analyses and LLM/RAG techniques, visualize and communicate insights, and support product/process improvements through stakeholder engagement.

Coordinate Engineering Change Notices between Engineering and Production: manage ECN inventory, enter BOMs and routing into resource planning/MRP systems, verify ECN accuracy, notify impacted departments, evaluate cost-effective production methods, release updated drawings, and reduce scrap and costs. Heavy Excel use and shop-floor machining knowledge required.
