The Design Engineer will research, design, build, and test agricultural and construction equipment using CAD tools while working collaboratively in a team environment.

Lead sales strategy and dealer network for assigned territory, build annual sales forecasts and business plans, set and monitor dealer goals, drive product launches and marketing, deliver training, align inventory/pricing with dealers, and frequently visit dealers and customers to grow market share and ensure customer satisfaction.
