Develop and maintain machine-centered software applications using maintainable coding practices, pair programming, Test Driven Development, and Agile methods. Support CI/CD pipelines, application documentation, cloud application and REST API development, software testing, debugging, and deployment. Collaborate with internal and external developers through pair programming, community events, and mob sessions. The role is remote with occasional travel and may require time on a Vermeer campus.

Owns the strategy, roadmap, pricing, commercialization, and lifecycle of assigned product lines. Conducts voice-of-customer research, competitive analysis, market assessment, and portfolio prioritization. Develops product specifications, go-to-market plans, technology roadmaps, and growth strategies while coordinating with engineering, sales, marketing, finance, production, and quality teams. Monitors profitability, market share, warranty, and reliability performance, manages partners, and represents products with customers and dealers. Up to 50% domestic or international travel may be required.

Supports data integration development and validation by analyzing ETL processes, verifying data integrity, testing integrations, diagnosing defects, and aligning business requirements with technical solutions. Collaborates with integration developers using Agile methods, follows data security standards for personally identifiable information, and participates in requirements reviews and project planning.
