The QA Engineer will develop and execute testing strategies for web and mobile applications, covering functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing. Responsibilities include building automated test frameworks, integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines, documenting and prioritizing defects, tracking quality metrics, collaborating with product and engineering teams, and improving QA processes. The role also involves applying AI tools to enhance testing efficiency and maintaining test environments and data practices.

Lead veritree’s carbon business strategy, portfolio development, resale operations, pricing, sales pipeline, inventory systems, partnerships, and technology enablement. Build scalable frameworks for carbon sourcing, due diligence, credit resale and retirement, while developing compelling carbon storytelling and supporting sales. Partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Operations, and Finance to establish forecasting, improve margins, grow revenue, and evolve the carbon team as the business scales.

Leads product marketing, portfolio positioning, master narrative, campaign direction, co-marketing, sales enablement, launch readiness, claims integrity, and team development. Translates complex restoration science and impact data into defensible messaging, sales assets, campaigns, partner stories, and training. Establishes cross-functional processes, manages marketing priorities, and ensures consistent, evidence-based market communication across customer acquisition, retention, and expansion.

Owns agroforestry partnerships across multiple international regions, coordinating planting seasons, partner relationships, field evidence, verification backlogs, species data, customer updates, and standardized monitoring SOPs. The role combines project management, restoration and agroforestry knowledge, field-data review, cross-cultural communication, and international site travel.

Own veritree’s restoration portfolio commercialization by creating a canonical project knowledge base, sales-ready packages, positioning, pricing guidance, impact narratives, and enablement materials. Partner with Forest, Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure projects are launch-ready and accurately represented. Serve as a technical and impact subject-matter expert on customer calls, support diligence, train revenue teams, and improve materials based on field feedback. The role emphasizes rigorous storytelling grounded in forestry, scientific, social, and ecosystem evidence.

Manage North American terrestrial reforestation portfolio end-to-end: run partner relationships, ensure monitoring and data quality, triage field issues, travel for audits, and create and stabilize SOPs to standardize planting and survival monitoring across regions.

Manage veritree's flagship mangrove partnership end-to-end: run partner relationships, ensure data and monitoring quality, develop and standardize mangrove SOPs, operate the company drone program (flight coordination through imagery processing), and support additional partnerships while traveling to East Africa as needed.

Lead and scale veritree's New Customer Acquisition function across Carbon, Foundation, and Traditional Outbound motions. Build and coach team leads, design compensation and org structure, own outbound GTM and account-based strategies, partner with Marketing/Operations/Revenue, advance AI and GTM engineering for automation and prospecting, and drive significant pipeline and strategic account motion.

Support Accounts Payable lifecycle and AP automation tools, assist month-end close and reconciliations, prepare sales tax returns, support Controller with audit/grant filings and ad-hoc reporting, and help improve financial controls and documentation.

Lead post-sale relationships and retention/expansion for veritree customers. Build and coach a 6-person CS team, own NRR and upsell targets, design segmentation and playbooks, run executive business reviews, and partner cross-functionally to scale systems, processes, and impact reporting.
