Develop and enhance analytics and quantitative tools for commodities trading, focusing on data pipelines, statistical analysis, and machine learning applications.

Manage daily margin calls, reconcile exposures and resolve disputes with counterparties using TriOptima/TriResolve; enforce operational controls, escalate discrepancies, and maintain relationships with operations and margin teams.

Serve as strategic HR partner to senior leaders for US non-investment staff. Manage full employee lifecycle including onboarding, performance and exit processes. Lead employee relations, investigations, disciplinary actions, and consult legal counsel. Drive talent management, succession planning, workforce planning, engagement, and L&D initiatives. Support headcount planning, internal mobility, and organizational design while building HR processes and mentoring direct reports.
