Build and support internal web applications, data workflows, and AI-assisted tooling. Responsibilities include Python and SQL development, frontend changes, performance optimization, data-quality investigation, system integrations, LLM tool interfaces, user support, account provisioning, deployments, monitoring, documentation, development environments, and automated testing.

Manages the trade lifecycle for Total Return Swaps and other asset classes, including trade bookings, swap resets, corporate actions, break resolution, and daily transaction, position, and cash reconciliations in Geneva. Partners with trading, accounting, technology, risk, counterparties, and global operations teams to resolve discrepancies, improve workflows, reduce operational risk, and support effective policies and procedures.

Manage the full Human Resources function for Hong Kong and Singapore, supporting employee relations, performance management, payroll, benefits, HR analytics, visa and work permits, relocations, offboarding, and regional compliance. Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, partner with the global HR team, manage vendor and broker relationships, oversee office event budgets, and supervise two Office Assistants.
