Provide compassionate daily care for hospitalized animals: feeding, watering, exercise, monitoring behavior and condition, cleaning and sanitizing kennels, laundering bedding, assisting veterinarians and technicians with handling and transport, and recording care notes in the practice management system.

A 2-4 week veterinary student externship offering hands-on exposure to specialty and emergency medicine in 24/7 hospitals with board-certified specialists. Participants learn about specialty career paths, compare practice settings, and may pursue post-graduate positions, internships, or mentorships within the Veritas network. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. and proficient in English.

Lead operational performance for a portfolio of 2–4 specialty and emergency hospitals, driving P&L results, operational consistency, people development, clinical partnership, technology adoption, and post-acquisition integrations while traveling frequently to sites.

Lead design and rollout of enterprise client experience programs across multi-site veterinary hospitals. Develop service standards, training curricula, KPIs, feedback governance, and staffing models. Partner with hospital leaders to drive performance, revenue, and consistency. Travel ~50% for site visits, coaching, program launches, and escalation support.
