Lead and manage nursing operations and staff in a skilled nursing and post-acute care facility. Ensure regulatory compliance, resident safety, quality improvement, and strong patient outcomes. Mentor nursing personnel, promote resident satisfaction, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize care delivery.

Provides direct, personalized hands-on care to residents, supports comfort and dignity, communicates needs with an interdisciplinary team, contributes to care plans, and works varied shifts including weekends, holidays, and emergency call-backs.

Provides occupational therapy services by conducting evaluations, developing patient care plans, setting short- and long-term goals, monitoring patient movement, and using proper body mechanics. Requires a current occupational therapy license and CPR/BLS certification.
