Coordinates telecommunications projects from initiation through completion by supporting planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, documentation, procurement, vendor coordination, and stakeholder communications. Tracks milestones, deliverables, risks, permits, contracts, and compliance requirements while maintaining accurate project records. Schedules site surveys, installations, upgrades, and maintenance activities; facilitates meetings and escalates issues to support timely, compliant project delivery.

Installs, splices, activates, tests, troubleshoots, repairs, and maintains aerial and underground coaxial telecommunications networks. Installs network components, balances signals, resolves service interruptions, prepares splice enclosures, performs upgrades and preventative maintenance, documents completed work, and follows OSHA and company safety standards. Requires outdoor fieldwork, equipment lifting, flexible schedules, and coordination with construction and network operations teams.

Supports aerial linemen with installing, maintaining, repairing, removing, and securing overhead telecommunications cables and fiber. Prepares job sites, handles tools and equipment, maintains inventory, follows safety procedures, and assists with pole and structure work. The role requires physical labor, outdoor work in varying weather, teamwork, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to learn.

Leads telecommunications construction projects from initiation through completion, managing plans, budgets, schedules, resources, subcontractors, vendors, clients, permits, contracts, risks, financials, safety, and quality. Serves as the primary client contact, coordinates cross-functional teams, monitors project performance, provides leadership updates, and ensures infrastructure deployments are completed safely, on time, within budget, and according to regulatory and customer requirements.

Provides onsite first-level and escalated IT support, including user administration, Active Directory management, workstation deployment, Windows Server support, networking, virtualization, backups, Power BI reporting, and business-system maintenance. Troubleshoots hardware, software, connectivity, and access issues; supports infrastructure monitoring, PowerShell automation, documentation, software upgrades, and technology projects. The role occasionally travels for office deployments and may provide after-hours support for critical systems.
