Lead business development for existing and prospective life-science clients: identify leads, manage sales through contract closure, create and deliver client presentations, collaborate with proposals, project management, and finance to grow accounts and company visibility.

Manage document control within the eDMS (MasterControl) to ensure GxP compliance. Maintain, track, and control quality system documentation, support QA reviews, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, meet strict deadlines, and assist with regulatory/Notified Body interactions as needed.

Administer and maintain Salesforce CRM ensuring data accuracy, manage data health and integrations, enforce data standards, and support workflows.
