Develop new accounts and grow target accounts through personalized outreach (phone/email), generate qualified meetings, advance opportunities to RFP, document activities, and meet KPIs. Support capabilities meetings, campaign outreach, lead progression, process improvements, and trainings while collaborating with Business Development, Marketing, and Account Development.

Prepare and compile electronic regulatory submissions (primarily eCTD), collaborate with team members and clients, use MS Word/Adobe Acrobat to format documents, support deadlines, and identify issues with guidance from team leaders.

Administer and maintain Salesforce CRM ensuring data accuracy, manage data health and integrations, enforce data standards, and support workflows.
