Manages operational start-up and activation activities for multiple clinical studies across country, regional, or global operations. Leads cross-functional teams, ensures compliance with Veristat SOPs, ICH/GCP, and applicable regulations, and oversees efficient study delivery. Provides leadership, mentoring, coaching, and customer-focused communication while managing competing priorities and external stakeholders.

Leads clinical data management activities from study start-up through database lock for complex clinical research projects. Oversees data quality, documentation, project teams, and multiple studies; ensures compliance with SOPs, sponsor requirements, ICH GCP, and regulatory guidelines. Provides technical leadership, mentoring, training, consulting, resource coordination, and expertise in clinical trial databases and EDC systems.

Leads FP&A activities, including forecasting, financial management reporting, profitability analysis, process improvement, and margin enhancement. Manages a finance professional and partners with business and finance leaders across international markets to connect operational outcomes with financial impact. Serves as a strategic advisor, drives transformation, supports KPI performance, and translates growth and efficiency opportunities into actionable plans.
