Own Verisoul’s experiential marketing and events strategy from concept through execution. Select conferences, create original activations, manage budgets, vendors, venues, and timelines, and measure sourced pipeline and brand lift. The role partners closely with leadership, marketing, and sales while operating independently without direct reports. The ideal candidate has executed distinctive experiential campaigns, combines strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, and can develop bold, irreverent ideas aligned with the brand.

Own Verisoul’s people system, including recruiting, workforce planning, compensation, leveling, performance management, culture, manager development, benefits, policies, onboarding, and employee programs. Partner with the CEO, board, and hiring managers to build scalable talent and people processes. Lead end-to-end hiring, improve interview systems, develop managers, and create a strong employee experience in a fast-growing Austin-based company.
