Drive adoption, gather feedback for product enhancements, run regular customer check-ins, and develop onboarding materials and playbooks to ensure long-term customer success and retention.

Develop and revise Commercial General Liability, Commercial Excess and Umbrella insurance products and policy language. Lead multistate filings, coordinate legal/actuarial/compliance reviews, present at panel meetings, engage clients, and collaborate on emerging-issue solutions and educational materials. Support product strategy and customer-focused research and analysis.

Lead consultative engagements to implement and configure the FAST platform for life and annuity carriers. Drive project delivery, collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior analysts, analyze data and market trends, oversee testing/UAT, manage stakeholders, and recommend process improvements and change management to ensure solutions meet business and regulatory needs.
