Analyze insurance claims from catastrophic events and support the development, testing, and validation of financial and uncertainty models. The role requires strong quantitative skills, probability knowledge, communication abilities, and a graduate degree in statistics, mathematics, data science, or a related field.

Lead and develop multiple analytics teams, oversee project execution and resource planning, coach junior leads and analysts, set goals with senior stakeholders, drive process improvements, and ensure delivery of high-quality, business-aligned analytical insights for U.S. P&C insurance products.

Manage strategic client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, retention, revenue growth, contract compliance, and successful product adoption. Use data and analysis to demonstrate value, identify improvement opportunities, and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Collaborate with product, service delivery, operations, and IT teams to address client needs, deliver product rollouts, provide customer feedback, and improve solutions. Support account strategy, performance monitoring, and long-term client planning.
