Serves as the first point of contact for business clients, resolving product, pricing, billing, delivery, and technical questions. Processes orders, tracks requests, maintains records, manages high-volume inboxes under SLAs, recommends relevant products, qualifies inbound leads, and supports sales opportunities. The role also contributes to projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Twelve-month internship supporting insurance and reinsurance clients with catastrophe risk modeling software. Responsibilities include client support, software and model training, quantitative risk analysis, customized outputs, consulting project participation, and interpretation of catastrophe loss results. The role requires strong analytical, probability, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with Microsoft Office required and programming knowledge beneficial.

Supports marketing PMO planning, intake, project coordination, workflow management, vendor and contract administration, reporting, and process improvement. Coordinates timelines, deliverables, resources, stakeholder communications, and operational documentation across multiple workstreams. Develops dashboards and recurring reports to track project demand, throughput, workload, risks, and delivery status while helping teams maintain governance and execution discipline.
