Conduct high-volume outbound outreach through phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate qualified sales pipeline. Engage senior Talent Acquisition and University Recruiting leaders, build relationships, support account prioritization, analyze trends, maintain Salesforce records, and collaborate with marketing and revenue operations. Participate in a structured 12–18 month development program focused on executive communication, consultative selling, negotiation, insight delivery, and career progression into client-facing and revenue-generating roles.
