Leads the VeriLoan product engineering team developing Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions. Owns engineering delivery, technical standards, architecture, Agile execution, quality, CI/CD, risk management, capacity planning, hiring, and team development. Collaborates with Product, Architecture, QA, and DevOps teams while communicating technical strategy, progress, and trade-offs to stakeholders. Drives innovation across Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure while balancing delivery speed, product quality, stability, and technical debt.

Design, execute, and maintain manual and automated tests across web, API, and database layers. Shift-left testing, validate integrations and business rules, manage defects, contribute to CI/CD QA gates, and build test documentation and dashboards while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using .NET backend and Angular/React frontend. Collaborate on requirements, implement RESTful APIs, optimize performance, debug, maintain documentation, support end-users, and work within CI/CD and DevOps workflows.
