Leads Verint’s global Consulting and Enablement organization across AMER, EMEA, and APAC. Defines value-led consulting methodologies, customer adoption frameworks, KPIs, playbooks, and enablement programs. Builds executive customer relationships, develops global consulting teams, partners with Sales, Customer Success, Product Management, and Professional Services, and drives organizational transformation. The role focuses on measurable customer outcomes, solution adoption, value realization, operational excellence, and scalable customer engagement across enterprise software and customer experience solutions.

Leads FP&A for the Fraud & Security Solutions business unit, including bookings forecasts, annual budgets, monthly forecasts, variance analysis, financial reporting, headcount planning, inventory reserves, quota analysis, and commissions calculations. Partners with senior leaders, budget owners, accounting, supply chain, HR, and payroll to support strategic decisions and align financial processes with business and product roadmaps.

Provides technical leadership for SRE, DevOps, PlatformOps, infrastructure, automation, monitoring, orchestration, security, and cloud optimization teams. Guides architecture and technology strategy, builds applications and microservices, improves CI/CD and reliability metrics, reduces toil, mentors engineers, and collaborates with product and engineering stakeholders across global teams.
