Provide remote and occasional on-site technical support across the Americas for industrial IoT and telemetry systems. Troubleshoot hardware, networking, cellular connectivity, cloud integrations and telemetry; support implementations, device provisioning, commissioning, technical investigations, documentation, and partner training while coordinating with global engineering and delivery teams.

Own month-end NetSuite close, prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packs, variance analysis, budgeting, rolling forecasts and cash flow. Maintain reconciliations, general ledger, payments, payroll and tax filings (BAS, payroll tax, FBT). Support audits, Board reporting, improve finance processes and coach others on accounting transactions.

Lead development of 3D point-cloud and LiDAR processing pipelines and computer vision models (detection, measurement, segmentation). Train, evaluate and optimise ML models, deploy and optimise them on edge hardware, evaluate sensors and edge hardware, and progress solutions from prototype through field trials into production while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
