Manage and evolve AWS and Vultr infrastructure, lead migrations, administer PostgreSQL, and own production incidents. Maintain networking, security, VPNs, monitoring, observability, automation, and remote IoT fleet operations. Participate in PagerDuty on-call, conduct security response and post-incident reviews, support SaaS maintenance, work with customer IT teams, improve runbooks, review work, and mentor engineers.

Provide remote and occasional on-site technical support across the Americas for industrial IoT and telemetry systems. Troubleshoot hardware, networking, cellular connectivity, cloud integrations and telemetry; support implementations, device provisioning, commissioning, technical investigations, documentation, and partner training while coordinating with global engineering and delivery teams.

Own month-end NetSuite close, prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packs, variance analysis, budgeting, rolling forecasts and cash flow. Maintain reconciliations, general ledger, payments, payroll and tax filings (BAS, payroll tax, FBT). Support audits, Board reporting, improve finance processes and coach others on accounting transactions.
