Designs, builds, administers, troubleshoots, and continuously improves Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 platforms. Responsibilities include operating Azure Virtual Desktop, managing Entra ID identity and access services, supporting Exchange Online, implementing infrastructure as code, maintaining security and compliance controls, and enabling Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio. The engineer serves as an escalation point, performs root-cause analysis, monitors platform health, and partners with cross-functional teams.

Executes and manages performance media campaigns across programmatic, paid search, paid social, and emerging channels. Responsibilities include campaign setup, trafficking, tracking implementation, quality assurance, daily pacing and KPI monitoring, routine optimization, performance reporting, testing, documentation, and escalation of delivery or compliance risks. The role collaborates with cross-functional teams, follows financial services marketing requirements, and develops deeper expertise through platform training, certifications, and use of automation tools.

Leads hands-on design, development, deployment, and support of enterprise agentic AI applications. Responsibilities include building multi-agent workflows, RAG pipelines, vector search, MCP integrations, and LLM solutions; mentoring AI engineers; selecting scalable and secure platforms; establishing CI/CD, testing, and responsible AI practices; and translating AI strategy into technical delivery plans.
