Lead day-to-day execution for a product portfolio: coordinate engineering, data, operations and vendors; refine backlog and write user stories; apply AI tools to accelerate requirements, analysis and reporting; support financial analysis, roadmap planning, go-to-market activities, and idea evaluation in partnership with the Product Director.

Lead omni-channel activation and optimization of performance marketing programs across programmatic, paid search, and paid social. Manage and develop a team of media specialists, ensure campaign execution and QA, drive optimization and budget allocation, partner with product, analytics, and client teams, and translate results into actionable insights. Leverage AI and automation to improve planning, reporting, and performance.

Manage a territory of 10-15 financial institution clients to retain and grow accounts through consultative selling, upsell/cross-sell, renewals, pipeline management, proposals, negotiations, and cross-functional collaboration. Maintain CRM, forecasts, and deliver quarterly in-person business reviews.
