Manage sales and business operations, including invoicing, receivables, expense tracking, vendor coordination, finance documentation, compliance support, reporting, and operational records. The role maintains Zoho and spreadsheet data, prepares dashboards and management summaries, coordinates with customers, vendors, finance teams, and advisors, and improves workflows, SOPs, and documentation. Success requires strong follow-through, organization, accuracy, and independent execution in a fast-paced startup environment.

Operate and evolve CDN infrastructure across bare-metal edge servers, Kubernetes control planes, CI/CD, observability, data pipelines, and cloud infrastructure. Responsibilities include configuration management, Helm deployments, GitHub Actions pipelines, Prometheus and Grafana monitoring, ClickHouse performance tuning, Terraform-based provisioning, and troubleshooting DNS, BGP, routing, TCP/IP, kernel, and application issues.

Develop and maintain VergeCloud’s CDN and edge infrastructure core using Rust. Build high-performance caching, proxying, routing, traffic management, TLS, DNS, WAF, rate-limiting, bot mitigation, and DDoS protection capabilities. Diagnose production issues across applications, networks, operating systems, and infrastructure. Improve performance, reliability, scalability, and resource efficiency while collaborating with SRE, security, and platform teams on distributed, observable, fault-tolerant systems.
