Electrical Engineering Interns support the design and development of electro-mechanical medical devices. Responsibilities include prototype testing, PCBA and system-level testing, PCB schematic and layout work in Altium, component analysis and selection, regulatory compliance support, and PCB and cable rework. Interns collaborate with software, mechanical, design assurance, and program teams while managing project milestones in an onsite consulting environment.

Manage the accounts receivable function, including invoicing, collections, cash applications, forecasting, reconciliations, credit risk, bad debt reserves, reporting, and month-end close. Oversee complex customer disputes, payment arrangements, journal entries, and remediation of misapplied AR data in NetSuite. Lead process improvements, ensure US GAAP and statutory compliance, partner cross-functionally on collections, and supervise an offshore collector.

Leads revenue recognition under ASC 606 and serves as controller for the India entity within a global, multi-entity organization. Oversees US GAAP close, consolidations, intercompany accounting, statutory compliance, audits, internal controls, shared-service accounting quality, and technical accounting. Manages the revenue recognition team, partners with global finance stakeholders, supports risk reporting and M&A activities, and drives process standardization and automation across accounting operations.

Supports the design and development of electro-mechanical medical devices under engineering oversight. Responsibilities include prototype testing, PCBA and system-level testing, PCB schematic and layout work in Altium, component analysis and selection, documentation, PCB and cable rework, and collaboration with software, mechanical, and design assurance engineers. The intern also assists with medical device regulatory compliance and communicates with program teams to meet project milestones.

Leads business development and sales for Veranex’s medtech professional services across a defined U.S. territory. Responsibilities include prospecting, pipeline development, territory planning, client needs assessment, proposal creation, account expansion, relationship management, and closing sales. The role collaborates with operational, technical, financial, marketing, and executive teams to develop customized solutions and drive sustained revenue growth.

Leads Veranex’s global marketing strategy, brand positioning, demand generation, content, messaging, trade show presence, and lead generation. Builds and develops a high-performing marketing team, manages budgets and vendors, strengthens industry relationships, and partners with sales, business units, and executive stakeholders to drive profitable growth across medical technology professional services.
