Senior individual contributor responsible for system architecture, reliability, and operability of a Windows-based IVD software product. Design and support deployments (IIS, SQL Server, WSL, Docker) across on-prem, virtualized, and cloud environments. Lead root-cause analysis, define supported deployment models, improve CI/CD and observability, automate configuration, apply security best practices, and ensure regulatory/quality compliance while mentoring responses to system-level escalations.

Part-time summer intern supporting lab automation and equipment engineering: develop Python automation scripts and device integrations, support process improvements, manage equipment spare parts inventory, maintain lab safety and quality, and present project progress to the team.

The Clinical Laboratory Assistant performs lab support tasks such as preparing samples, maintaining equipment, assisting in documentation, and ensuring laboratory cleanliness.
