Owns assay design, analytical validation, production pipelines, variant and MRD calling, benchmarking, error modeling, regulatory documentation, and launch readiness. Partners with laboratory, clinical, quality, regulatory, software, and infrastructure teams while mentoring scientists and providing technical leadership.

Lead design and development of MRD NGS-based LDTs from concept through analytical validation. Build and maintain production-ready bioinformatics pipelines, design and analyze validation studies, optimize variant detection and error suppression, ensure CAP/CLIA/FDA/IVDR compliance, support regulatory submissions, and mentor junior scientists while collaborating cross-functionally with wet-lab, clinical, QA/RA, and software teams.

Lead design, development, and validation of bioinformatics workflows for regulated NGS diagnostics. Develop scalable AWS/containerized pipelines, apply ML/statistical methods for assay optimization and validation, coordinate cross-functional project delivery, support regulatory submissions (CAP/CLIA, FDA, IVDR), mentor junior staff, and collaborate with infrastructure, engineering, and quality teams to deploy production-grade analysis pipelines.
