Execute and analyze experimental studies to develop, optimize, verify, and transfer NGS-based MRD assays. Prepare and qualify clinical/contrived samples, support automation and high-throughput workflows, maintain documentation and SOPs, troubleshoot assays, and collaborate cross-functionally to enable clinical laboratory implementation and validation.

Lead development and clinical implementation of NGS-based MRD assays, designing and executing feasibility, optimization, and verification studies. Drive workflow automation, QC, throughput, and LIMS integration; author regulatory documentation and SOPs. Serve as SME for NGS, oncology genomics, and ctDNA technologies while collaborating cross-functionally and mentoring laboratory personnel to support technology transfer and commercialization.

Perform high-complexity molecular genetic testing, review and report patient results, conduct QC/QA and proficiency testing, prepare reagents, troubleshoot assay issues, support validations/research, and comply with regulatory and safety requirements.
