Drive new-logo sales across EMEA by prospecting target accounts, managing the Salesforce pipeline, conducting product demonstrations, developing trusted prospect relationships, and consistently exceeding ARR quotas. The role involves following up on marketing-qualified leads, collaborating with solutions engineering, marketing, client experience, product management, sales operations, and finance, and providing market and competitive insights.

Oversee Veracross’s global data protection and privacy program, ensuring compliance with GDPR, CCPA, student privacy laws, and related regulations. Develop policies, conduct privacy impact assessments, manage incidents and data subject requests, deliver employee training, implement privacy-by-design practices, and coordinate with regulators and internal teams. The role reports to the CISO and supports emerging areas such as AI governance and digital marketing privacy.

Leads and scales a global SDR organization across North America, EMEA, and APAC. Owns hiring, coaching, performance, retention, pipeline creation, inbound conversion, outbound strategy, funnel metrics, and SDR-to-AE development. Partners with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to improve pipeline quality, sales velocity, and bookings. Reports performance and strategic insights to executive leadership while building a high-performing hybrid team culture.
