Manage a high-volume APAC portfolio of K-12 schools to drive adoption, retention, and satisfaction. Proactively monitor health, surface risks, coordinate with Support/Implementation/Product, identify expansion opportunities, and maintain account records in Salesforce and Catalyst.io.
