Manage a portfolio of K-12 school customers to drive adoption, retention, and satisfaction of Veracross SaaS products. Proactively monitor customer health, resolve escalations, coordinate internal teams, identify expansion opportunities, and support renewals while building relationships and account strategy under manager supervision.

Lead cross-functional FinTech programs: plan and track multiple software initiatives, run Agile/Scrum ceremonies, manage risks and dependencies, coordinate capacity planning, report program health to leadership, improve PM processes, and align stakeholders to deliver high-quality software on schedule.

As a Payments Product Manager, you will strategize and execute global payment capabilities, collaborate with payment processors, analyze performance data, and support cross-functional teams to optimize payment solutions for schools.
