Lead AI Engineer defines AI strategy, architecture, and standards; makes build vs. buy decisions; architects scalable, reliable LLM/GenAI systems; establishes LLMOps, evaluation, guardrails, and observability; coordinates cross-functional alignment with product and engineering; and champions AI-assisted developer tooling and responsible AI practices.

Processes bi-weekly and off-cycle payroll, reviews timecards and adjustments, manages deductions and garnishments, maintains multi-state tax compliance, and supports filings, reconciliations, audits, and employee payroll inquiries. Collaborates with HR and Finance on reporting and process improvements while safeguarding confidential payroll information.

Provides advanced administrative and clerical support to insurance account managers, brokers, and departmental operations. Responsibilities include processing insurance documents, managing policy records and renewals, maintaining transaction data, coordinating calendars and meetings, supporting audits, handling communications, preparing reports, assisting with onboarding and training, and contributing to process improvements. The role requires insurance-related administrative experience or a P&C license and is fully remote.

Leads the insurance platform product team, setting strategy, roadmap, and priorities for complex regulated systems. Oversees platform modernization, migration, workflow improvements, and engineering partnerships while balancing business needs, reliability, compliance, and operational performance. Manages and develops product managers, collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders, and guides decisions involving insurance product capabilities, customer needs, and technology investments.

Owns Veracity’s insurance systems portfolio, including roadmap development, administration, configuration, governance, vendor management, license optimization, audit readiness, and data quality. Leads and develops platform administrators, prioritizes system requests, manages integrations and automation, and partners with security, compliance, finance, legal, and insurance stakeholders to improve adoption, cycle time, customer experience, and business outcomes.

Own product marketing for specialty insurance programs, including product liability verticals such as nutraceuticals, cannabis, beauty, restaurants, and medspas. Conduct market and competitive research, develop positioning and sales enablement resources, train agency producers, analyze pipeline and quote-to-bind performance, and forecast program results. Serve as the primary liaison between product marketing and agency leadership while supporting program launches, business cases, stakeholder feedback, and resource prioritization.

Maintains general ledger accuracy through journal entries, reconciliations, accounts payable approvals, payment administration, and month-end close activities. Owns insurance policy bordereaux review, investigates discrepancies, coordinates cross-functional resolutions, supports audits, and enhances accounting workflows and internal controls using technology and automation. Also monitors banking activity, analyzes financial data, and ensures compliance with accounting standards, insurance regulations, and trust accounting requirements.

Owns and administers Veracity’s Atlassian Cloud environment, including Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management, Atlassian Guard, Marketplace apps, automations, integrations, dashboards, permissions, governance, and compliance. Partners with technical and business teams to optimize workflows, reduce manual work, improve adoption, document standards, and resolve platform issues.
