Leads regional commercial strategy for atacicept in IgA nephropathy by gathering disease and brand insights, developing relationships with key external experts, building advocacy, managing speaker bureau activities, and executing congress and peer-to-peer education plans. The role requires pharmaceutical or biotech commercial experience, preferably in biologics, specialty drugs, and nephrology, plus strong compliance knowledge, strategic planning, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills.

Manages U.S. commercial operations, field reporting, CRM optimization, territory targeting, sales enablement, incentive compensation, and goal setting. Partners with IT, Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Patient Services, Market Access, Legal, and Compliance to support field teams, maintain accurate engagement data, and ensure compliant workflows and analytics. The role supports specialty biotech sales operations and reporting for Vera Therapeutics’ commercial product portfolio.

Provides clinical quality assurance oversight across clinical development programs, ensuring GCP and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include managing quality events, investigations, CAPAs, quality risk signals, clinical audit governance, CRO and vendor quality interfaces, inspection readiness, SOP reviews, training governance, and Quality Management System improvements.
