Supports Louisiana advocacy campaigns focused on decarceration, criminal legal system reform, and community investment. Manages coalition partnerships, facilitates meetings and working groups, drafts policy and communications materials, coordinates cross-functional projects, tracks deliverables, and supports public outreach, media engagement, newsletters, and social media strategies.

Leads Vera's digital advocacy and engagement strategy across websites, social media, email, SMS, paid media, and web channels. Oversees integrated campaigns, rapid response, SEO, digital marketing, vendor relationships, budgets, analytics, dashboards, and performance optimization. Manages staff and consultants, develops digital capabilities, translates organizational work into compelling content, and evaluates emerging technology and AI tools to advance communications and audience growth.

Supports sentencing reform initiatives through legislative research, coalition coordination, advocacy materials, meeting and event planning, partner relationship building, project tracking, and funder and leadership communications. The role collaborates across advocacy, communications, and research teams; monitors legislation; organizes convenings; drafts briefs and proposals; and mentors junior staff while supporting strategy implementation across states.

Provides hands-on HR generalist support with emphasis on employee and labor relations, workplace investigations, performance management, collective bargaining administration, benefits and leave support, HR operations, compliance, records, and employee lifecycle processes. Partners with Legal, Compensation & Benefits, and organizational teams while maintaining HRIS data, supporting audits, tracking compliance, and improving HR processes.
