Design, own, and maintain global network and network security architecture across LAN, WAN, WLAN, data center, cloud, and SD-WAN. Develop reference architectures, standards, and roadmaps; lead segmentation, resilience, and high-availability decisions; approve high-impact designs; mentor engineers and NOC; collaborate with security, application owners, and stakeholders; support migrations and incident root-cause analysis.

Lead development, configuration, and customization of ServiceNow solutions. Gather business requirements, design integrations and APIs, maintain platform stability, perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis, manage upgrades/patches, produce technical documentation, and ensure security and compliance for enterprise ServiceNow implementations.

Maintain and support Git-based source control, CI pipelines and artifact repositories. Ensure toolchain reliability, improve observability, design CI→CD deployments, automate and scale pipelines, enforce code quality and security scanning, support developers, troubleshoot build/deploy issues, and help industrialize DevSecOps practices.
