Supervise waste, facilities, and cleaning teams at a manufacturing site. Responsibilities include task allocation, rota management, waste collection and processing, baling, vehicle loading, cleaning operations, health and safety compliance, audits, resource management, cost control, stakeholder coordination, KPI monitoring, and contract performance reporting.

Operate mobile plant at a wood recycling facility, including loading shovels and material handlers. Duties include checking incoming waste, managing wood stockpiles, shredding and screening materials, weighing vehicles, loading processed material, and performing daily plant and attachment maintenance. Weekend work and overtime may be available.

Manage transfer station operations, waste storage, weighbridge activities, transportation, processing logistics, staffing, budgets, KPIs, QHSE, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement. Lead approximately 40 employees, oversee safety and incident investigations, develop operational plans, allocate resources, support contractual negotiations, and drive cost savings, revenue generation, customer service, and operational excellence.
