The role covers municipal collections, street cleaning, waste transfer stations, fleet workshops, and an integrated waste management facility.

Administer contracts through database and spreadsheet updates, purchase order creation, invoicing, supplier relations, client communication, health and safety compliance, and general office support. The role requires financial administration, software proficiency, strong stakeholder communication, attention to detail, organization, procedural compliance, and a safety-first approach.

Coordinate DESA contracts by managing stakeholder relationships, responding to customer requests, tracking and allocating tasks, producing contract reports, supporting service delivery to meet KPIs, and identifying growth opportunities while promoting waste hierarchy improvements.
