Maintains and repairs mechanical equipment across water, wastewater, and process plant sites. Investigates equipment failures, performs planned and unplanned maintenance, testing, servicing, inspections, and reporting. Oversees contractors, records maintenance results in a CMMS, supports minor projects, and ensures safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. The role also involves teamwork, lone working, mentoring apprentices, and completing relevant training.

Provides confidential personal assistant and administrative support to the CEO, Directors, and senior management while managing the Kilkenny office reception. Responsibilities include diary and travel coordination, meeting and event arrangements, correspondence, document preparation, minute-taking, deadline tracking, filing, visitor and telephone support, courier and postal coordination, and office stationery management.

Manage design coordination and delivery for water and wastewater treatment projects across Ireland. Coordinate designers, contractors, clients, procurement, schedules, risks, documentation, costs, variations, and health and safety requirements. Track deliverables against project baselines, provide progress updates to senior management, administer project systems, identify early warnings and opportunities, and maintain effective collaboration across the ECI project team.
