The Policy and Partnerships Manager will develop, launch, and manage micromobility markets and partnerships, ensuring alignment among teams and fostering relationships with various stakeholders.

Leads technical supply chain and hardware lifecycle initiatives, including SKU rationalization, inventory optimization, parts consumption analysis, cost reduction, repair efficiency, and vehicle quality improvement. Partners across Engineering, Product, Operations, Quality, Finance, and international teams to analyze field failures, warranty data, and hardware performance. Develops corrective actions, supports supplier and product improvements, and serves as the liaison between U.S. operations and Asia-based quality teams. Requires frequent domestic and occasional international travel.

Oversee daily warehouse and field operations for a dockless micromobility program. Responsibilities include managing fleet deployment routes, driving vans, maintaining scooters, monitoring operational metrics, submitting fleet and maintenance data, recruiting and training staff, ensuring compliance, and managing inventory. Success is measured by increasing ridership, leading a high-performing team, and delivering excellent customer service.
