Leads commercial operations, acquisition and prospection teams, and managers across a European business area. Drives KPIs, revenue performance, campaign execution, business reviews, forecasting, compliance, and corrective actions. Oversees recruitment, onboarding, performance management, talent development, succession planning, conflict resolution, and stakeholder partnerships while identifying growth opportunities and ensuring alignment with company strategy.

Analyzes and approves supplier payment documents, monitors payment requests, resolves operational issues, and maintains productive relationships with internal teams and external suppliers. The role requires strong English communication, attention to detail, analytical ability, interpersonal skills, adaptability, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. French, accounting, economics, translation, or administrative experience is advantageous.

Support post-order operations by managing supplier relationships, validating pre-order documentation, monitoring deliveries, processing supplier invoices, and resolving transportation or delivery disputes to reduce administrative burden and speed goods receipt.
