Manage day-to-day office operations, vendor relationships, facilities maintenance, procurement, HR admin (time tracking), event and cross-functional project support, tenant relations, security procedures, and process improvements to ensure an efficient workplace.

Lead and coach a 4–5 person acquisition/buying team to drive commercial performance. Manage daily operations, track KPIs, analyze results, propose strategy and action plans, report to senior management, and collaborate cross-functionally. Support team development through hands-on leadership and training.

Plan and coordinate business travel (flights, hotels, transfers, car rentals), manage travel expenses, support employees before/during trips, handle changes and urgent requests, maintain travel documentation, and collaborate with international teams.
