Coordinate and organize transport between Europe and France, communicate with suppliers for logistical details, research and select transport solutions, negotiate costs and contracts, monitor orders throughout transport, and build a database of transport providers through market prospecting.

Lead and develop a communication team to ensure quality creative production and on-time delivery. Manage project workflow, client briefings, stakeholder coordination, KPIs and reporting. Oversee recruitment, performance reviews, training and team engagement. Contribute to corporate and employer branding by producing social content and internal communications.

Support post-order processes, manage supplier relationships, ensure accurate and timely supplier invoice payments, monitor deliveries and resolve transport or goods disputes, and propose process improvements to reduce administrative burden.
