The Forward Deployed Engineer will manage technical execution for partner integrations, collaborating across teams to deliver API solutions and improve documentation.

Hands-on senior role owning and improving office networking across multiple sites: switching, routing, firewalls, Wi‑Fi, VPNs, segmentation, access control, IDS/IPS and EDR/XDR. Lead incidents and changes, work with ISPs and vendors, maintain diagrams and runbooks, and implement secure onboarding and least-privilege network controls.

Lead platform security, identity, and network enablement: design paved-road tooling for image scanning, SBOMs, CVE response, CI/CD workload identity (OIDC), unified multi-cloud VPN/networking, audit logging, and GRC evidence pipelines; run penetration-test contracting and hand off capabilities with runbooks, owners, and escalations while mentoring engineers.
