Provide multilingual customer support through phone and email, resolve technical and product issues, meet response-time and satisfaction KPIs, escalate customer feedback appropriately, and help improve support processes. The role requires fluency in English plus at least two of Spanish, Italian, or German, strong communication skills, customer-facing experience, familiarity with support tools, and a solution-oriented approach.

Develop and maintain Veo’s Android application using Kotlin and modern Android technologies. Design scalable, modular features, collaborate with product, design, backend, and engineering teams, and contribute to architecture decisions. Build, test, and release application updates while improving performance, code quality, CI/CD pipelines, testing strategies, and development workflows.

Own Veo’s go-to-market strategy and partnerships across Australia and New Zealand. Manage relationships with football and rugby leagues, federations, associations, and governing bodies; negotiate new deals and renewals; lead partner activations, events, campaigns, and sales enablement; and achieve ARR and revenue targets. The role also owns regional budget allocation, pipeline reporting, market intelligence, and travel to tournaments and partner sites. Strong regional sports networks, partnership experience, autonomy, and practical AI-tool usage are required.
